We have been watching the housing market this past year just waiting for the right time to buy. Well, it may not be the right time for us, due to Landon's birth and Paul's leaving for a couple months but we found the PERFECT house.
On February 5th we put in an offer for a beautiful home here in Norwalk and...they accepted! As of March 14th, 2007 (proposed closing date) we will be the proud owners of a 3 bedroom, 3 bath (1 full, 2 half) 1700 square foot house. The house needs no immediate home improvements and we will just be able to move in and get comfortable. It has a large back yard with screened in patio and is located on a street with very little traffic. It is about 3-4 houses away from Maplehurst Elementary School so Landon will be able to walk there starting in Kindergarten :) So funny that we're thinking about him walking to school when he's not even here yet...hehe!

Hey, that's not even weird about your thinking about Landon walking already. I'm already thinking about him scoring a hat-trick (3 goals) for the US in the 2026 World Cup Finals championship match! ;-)
This is great! The house is so cute and not having to worry about fixing it up rocks! Plus, there is plenty of room for us to come and visit! I can't wait for Landon!
I hear there is a house full of georgous girls across the street waiting for Landon's arrival! :D I guess I'll have to keep my eye on little Landon for the next 18 years.

Paul and Jessi and Landon, we really like your new home. Can't wait to see the inside. I am already making my list of things we can just leave at your house. May be we could have a corner of one closet.
Congratulations on the new home!!!I am so happy for you guys. And look at you mommy to be already planning for the future. Isnt it funny how grown up we act sometimes. Are we really that grown up already?
